TextToVoiceConverter.com provides AI-powered text-to-speech conversion services. Our Service allows users to convert text into natural-sounding audio using advanced neural TTS technology.

3. Commercial Use License

All audio generated on our platform is free for commercial use. You may use the generated audio for:

• YouTube videos and monetized content
• Podcasts and audiobooks
• E-learning and educational materials
• Social media content
• Advertising and marketing
• IVR and phone systems
• Web and mobile applications

This license remains valid even after your subscription expires. Generated audio does not contain watermarks.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
• Impersonate individuals without their consent
• Create deepfake or misleading content
• Circumvent usage limits or abuse the Service
• Reverse engineer our AI models or technology

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the text content you submit. We retain ownership of our AI models, technology, and voice profiles. The audio generated belongs to you for use as described in Section 3.

6. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Credits do not roll over to the next billing period. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if fewer than 10,000 characters have been generated.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
